Used to be a great store. The men’s department has gone down hill with eliminating high end men’s line ( Polo, Ralph Lauren , Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, etc.) Looks more like Walmart now. Staff are great and very helpful.

Hudson’s Bay is one of the few department stores to survive the implosion of several large department stores in the last few years. I’m not sure how, although the clothing and accessories that Hudson’s Bay has are good quality they are also quite pricey. They do have lots of sales. The store is well lit and clean but very dated. I have been to several Hudson’s Bay’s in the Edmonton area and they are all the same, somewhat dated, good selection of products and pricey. It makes me wonder if in time there will be any large department stores around in the meantime this is a prime example of a traditional department store.

Sad to see this location closing as it's an anchor retailer for the Edmonton City Centre. Some fairly good deals to be had while it remains open. Worth making the visit!
