Unprofessional and extremely last minute cancellation notice! Saturday evening I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for a funeral service scheduled for Monday at 1pm. I ordered on their website, which told me that they were capable of delivering my order in time and I even received a confirmation email. Monday they sent me an email saying they can't deliver it - only 2 hours before the service started, without any apology or reason for cancelling. I had to take time out of my work day to call a bunch of other local florists in order to find someone able to deliver in time for the service and I had to pay a rush fee that was nearly half the cost of my order for within-the-hour delivery. Think twice before purchasing from blossoms on the trail, they are unreliable!
I had the absolute best experience ordering flowers for my wedding. Linda made my wildflower dreams come true. She was super helpful and patient as we went through endless options. She was both diligent and flexible. Flowers really do make the day more special, I couldn't imagine having a more perfect bouquet.
