First time in store and will probably be my last! When you are in store for the first time and do not know how things are done you would think you would get help. Not the case but was told over and over that it has been that way for years. How would someone know that if its their first time there!! Staff should have explained how things were done with the containers and getting your items and the pricing. Not friendly about it at all. Was upset about the questions I was asking or maybe how many I asked as did not offer any help!

The selection is very good and if they can they will order something for you if not on the shelves that is normally carried. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and the service they provide is a huge asset to Smith's Falls and surrounding area.
