I rode the shuttle both from airport to my hotel and on my way back to the airport on October 2019. The shuttle service was quite convenient and the ticket price is very reasonable. The drivers were very helpful and respectful. The lady at the front desk helped a lot about the best time to book the pick up time from the hotel and despite being early in the morning, the shuttle was right on time. Great job. Always have bad experience with the staff who pick call. Evening airport staff always rude. Drivers are too good. But I am not satisfied with the inside staff. Because many times they forgot to give pick up to driver and I waited at hotel for 2 hours because next shuttle is after an hour. So I will not give any star. Please try to be polite and do your jobs nicely. Don't forget people to pick otherwise you are gonna lose your regular passengers. Thankyou
My luggage was swapped with another passenger while traveling with skyrocket, I let the company know, and they tracked down my luggage and had it delivered to my hotel before the end of the night! Highly recommend and thank you to Nick for putting in the effort to locate my pack
We purchased the return ticket service and our rides went smoothly. I was skeptical after reading reviews but i was happy and tipped my driver. He was very pleasant, keep up the good work!
Don't honor bookings or make accommodations if your flight is delayed or canceled. What's even the point of giving them your flight info if they're not going to work around that? Poor service, poor policies.
Good price for a ride to the airport, but it takes forever and the driver made a few stops in alleyways with no passenger pickups. Bit odd. Paid for a return trip but after arriving back in Edmonton and collecting my bags it was an hour wait for the next shuttle so I took an Uber. Not for me.
Stayed at Fairmont who recommended this service and I was a little dismayed when I saw the Google reviews. However it was so easy and they picked you up on time. I bought a round trip ticket from the airport and they said to book the return I had to call a number. Thinking this was going to be a hassle I almost didn't buy the return trip; however when I called in seconds I was booked. This is much cheaper than a cab; however it does leave the airport on the hour for downtown locations so if you get in at 10 minutes past you do have to wait.
I was worried because of all the terrible reviews, but my trip went without a hitch. I booked a round trip online, to save money over parking at the airport. Got picked up at the time that was agreed upon, and was dropped off in the same location 3 weeks later. Drivers were nice as well. It's an airport shuttle folks, don't expect it to operate like a personal chauffeur and you'll be fine. Will use again!
