I ordered a Mayfair Taxi for my trip to a job interview. Not only were they on time and courteous they also put in a good word for me with their prayer for me to get the job. How nice is that? I think it is very nice. I always call this company for trips to grocery as well and the drivers help me to the door if I have many parcels.
Many times I would request a cab to pick me up and when they would arrive they dont even stop. While I would be walking or running towards the taxi they just drive through the area and drive away. When I would call dispatch to ask what happened they would tell me that the driver waited and did not see me then left. Untrue. Bad experiences like this is why i am greatful for the emergence of uber. Uber dosent let you down like cabs do. Uber is professional, unlike cab companies. Uber does not drive in the wrong direction on purpose to jack up the fare like cabs do. Uber is Uber and cabs are Unter.
Had cab 409 and he really came through for me and got me out of a pinch. Always liked Mayfair and this experience aligns right with how I want and expect to be treated. Dispatcher was friendly and jovial which was nice. A plus all around.
I booked mayfair cab today for 6.30 am but till 6.40 am there was no cab or ph call from driver that he is late. I called cab again n operator said cab would arrive in 30 sec. When still no news I called my friend to pick me up and tried to cancel the booking but I was put on waiting. At 6.53 the cab showed up n the driver was so rude when I told I cancelled the booking.I said I was getting late for work so my friend was coming to pick me up. He yelled now wont u be late with your friend? So disappointed
