great gym for anyone who doesnt care what the equipment is like or how much they pay for a membership other than that the gym doesnt offer very much its the only gym ive been to where you have to wear a mask even during a set. safe to say i will not be returning
very out dated gym equipment might be from the 60s and staff was just disrespectful wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone from the area considering the other gyms around.
The equipment in the gym is a bit old. It’s nice that they have a squat rack and lots of free weights. Can get kind of crowded at peak hours of the day. They are under staffed. As for pricing it’s also not the best but there aren’t many options in simcoe and this the cheapest option
