Truly the hot tub hero, saved me from a nightmare that spanned three months of dealing with a kijiji expert from Burlington who supposedly had 14 years experience fixing tubs, after 48 hours multiple problems solved by hot tub hero and my hot tub is up and running, cautionary tale, don't use kijihi just call these guys first

Great work.timly freindly and found problem right of way.
Was told my hot tub would be up and running over a month ago. Weather did delay a few days, then we were told he was waiting for help as he had to move the tub to repair a leak and then nothing, no follow up, what so ever. When I called it took over a week for them to call me back. Finally ended up going with another service. All they said was sorry, sometimes it happens, we get busy. Very disappointed, this is no way to run a business.
Steve has been great. He is very quick to get back to you as well as fixing our tub efficiently and prompt.Very reasonable, honest and fair prices as well.
