I had gift cards to use and just had a heart attack and i can not wear a mask. I entered the store mid feb 2021after things opened up again. I was immediately charged at and was yelled at to leave the store. I was Told i can not be in there without a mask and i can shop online. I explained i can not wear a mask for medical reasons and i can not use canadian tire gift cards online on their website. They said too bad and to leave the store. They did not offer for an employee to walk around with me to assure i stayed socially distant. They even refused to refund my money for the gift cards. The manager said the owner instructed all employees to not allow anyone without a mask inside regardless of disability and also said they have the right to refuse service to any disabled person. All which i have video proof of. How am i able to use my gift cards when they will not allow people in to use them and you can not use them online and will not refund the money so i can spend that money elsewhere since i will be limiting my shopping at canadian tire (at least the simcoe ontario store) to hopefully zero. That includes my vehicles in which i only brought my vehicles to them. Not any more.

Great CDN Tire location ! One of their best garden centres around. Automotive is fast service. Clean and good selection in each department and love that they have clearance stuff always out to browse through. There is a large Mark's location here that has good deals and great selection of everything. Parking is plenty and there is more than one way out on a busy or snowy day ! Dollar store, great restaurant, gas and a Winners all in the same place. One stop shop !

I took the car in to get the driver's side wiper replaced. The replaced both. The passenger side wiper was working fine all the way there. Now it does not work and I need another repair.
