Went to fresh co to buy some banana bread. Will not buy again. Absolutely dry as a desert. Kids spit it out. Likely not doing my shopping for baked goods there again. I recommend no frills. They have a better selection my kids ate it up. Also looking at the 5 star reviews and noticed no comments. Likely staff or family leaving those.

I purchased your product(mini banana bread loafs)for the first time yesterday from Lococo's on Barton street in Hamilton. First off the banana flavor was minimal at best. They were slightly stale and very dry. I have made banana bread myself and I know it should have more flavor and definitely not dry. I thought maybe they had been there too long so I checked the best before date and it says Oct 27. Maybe production was off that day, I don't know but I am sure I won't be purchasing again.

Wife told me not to buy the Bakery products from FreshCo(shopping list) because she knew I would end up with your products in my Shopping Cart. She was right!!! The Banana loaf cake, and the Muffins are terrible...even the kids complain about how dry, tasteless, slight stale taste of your products. Next time, we will be avoiding all Bakery products at FreshCo thinking Schaff Foods might be making FresCo's other Bakery products too.

Probably the BEST golden cake/loaf I have ever come across. This product not only tastes home made the quality is second to none. With no added colour and no cheap vanilla extract or crummy additives. It's 5am on a Saturday and I had to write this review while I enjoy my cuppa and a slice of golden heaven! Thank you Schaaf foods!
