Thought I was the only person who felt that this location has the worst service- I am not the only one. I returned a monitor back to the manufacturer with the exact same packaging it came in. I hadn't even opened the package as it was supposed to be cancelled before it came in. When I went to the counter it was as if the manager was looking for a way to make money from me. He said it needs to be taped better. Piece of tape for 2. I just left the place, went to penguin express (which is much better- highly recommended) and dropped-off my item. Not one problem! PLEASE NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION. Even if other locations are closed.

I received a message in the tracking says that they attempted to deliver the order and they left a notice but in fact I’m in the house the whole day no one knock on the door or call they don’t even try to contact me and they don’t leave any notice. I’ll try to call purolator but no one answer for 30 minutes and their virtual assistant always telling me to follow the notice they gave me and I keep trying to explain that no one show up in the house and I don’t have the notice. I’m stuck right now and don’t know what to do or who to contact. Probably I’ll just wait until they return the package to the sender
Small shop, better to wait for your turn outside. Dropping the parcel took a few min only however it'll take one week to be delivered EXPRESS from Toronto to Mississauga (50km)
