Earlier I was with the impression that this chain of optical store has better quality of frames and lenses but when I visited this store, it was totally opposite. First - The frames were not of good quality, if you compare with Prada or Rayband. That too it was not durable. Second - Most of the frames have their own trademark, again quality wise is worst. That too prices were high. Starting from 210 & upwards. Not worth it. At least other branded frames have better quality and worth paying for it Lastly - Only one staff. I had to wait for 15-20 mins to ask basic questions. Also mismanagement. Some of the frames and other products were dumped at the corner. Employee was least bothered about it. Hence, this was my first and last visit to this so called Hakim Opticals. You can visit other optical stores and get your desired branded frame with high quality lenses.

Extremely rude and unprofessional ! I’ve never been so embarrassed ! I came to this location on feb 6th/21 at 11:30am. I walked in and was rudely greeted by an Indian woman asking if I had an appointment. I told her no I didn’t realize I had to have an appointment, I apologized and said I had no problem leaving to make an appointment for another day. The woman said that I could stay because I was already in the store. She asked me if I had a prescription, I said yes, she then rudely handed me a tray for the glasses I try on and she let me look around. I finally found a pair that kind of looked good and asked a chinese looking woman working there how much the glasses were. She was very kind and helped me, she answered all my questions and looked at my prescription to make some recommendations. I told her that I wanted to browse and compare with some other optical stores so I would come back. The Indian woman rudely interjected and attacked me saying “I thought you said you had a prescription! If I had known I wouldn’t have let you look around!” I told her I did have a prescription but I wanted to compare. I told her I had no problem leaving when she first told me I needed an appointment but she let me browse and now she’s attacking me. Needless to say I left and will not be returning. I do not recommend you go to this place of business appointment or not. Customers shouldn’t have to be scolded by a place of business. We are spending money for your service, we aren’t beggars !

Very quality service. Although this was my first time with Hakim the staff at this location did everything they could to help me. My frames got bent 2-3 weeks after purchase. I went in, they reshaped them for free. The lenses needed some moderate changes, they did that also for free.

I wish I can give negative 100 stars to this location. Very rude sales associate. We went there for our appointment on Oct/10/2020 at 11 AM. We reached there couple of minutes before our appointment. The associate who opened the door for us was very rude. She told us to take the seat. Around 11.10 AM she told us that the Dr. Is running late and she is coming from Mississauga. When I asked her how long we have to wait, she said that dr did not tell her when she will reach here. Very non-professional service at this Hakim optical. PLEASE DONOT GO THERE. IT WILL BE TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. We simply walked out of store. I do not believe that I will face such a bad Customer service and non-professional Optician who does not value customers time in this era ! This store should be closed right away.
