Great fitness facility with all you need to maintain your health and have some fun. Staff are wonderful and always willing to help. Change rooms are clean and maintained. Prices are on par with most local fitness facilities.

This is a good facility, with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The wide range of affordable services is impressive. The gym, which, aside from the usual offerings, makes a point of providing opportunities for seniors, people with physical challenges, and gender-specific swim programs. The cafe is small but is a wonderful place for people to congregate. If that’s not enough, this YWCA offers a day care, an employment and learning centre, and special programs for young women and girls. I highly recommend it.
Have been going to this gym now for 4 months and would highly recommend. The staff are friendly and the equipment provided is great. The facility has always been maintained cleanly in my eyes. Personally have never used the pool but it appears to be popular. 2 week trial with no credit card down was great. I just like going to a gym that doesnt do hard sell-jobs.
