It's a complete scam. They will sell you a 40,000 worth double wide trailer type modular home for more than 200,000. You don't own the property and you become their tenant. Other properties are now selling higher than ever in history, unfortunately you will not own a property in Shelter Cove and you will lose your investment. Do yourself a favor and discuss this purchase with either your kids, your investment broker or your lawyer, they will all advice you strongly against Shelter Cove.

Turned my dream retirement into a hated experience. Cost thousands out of pocket when they didn't deliver on contracted date. Certain site staff are banned from stepping foot on property due to behaviour.

The houses are very nice, but it is setup like a military base in Nevada.

Bought September 2019 We are very happy with what we bought. Will take 10 months or so to get built as we bought a lot that hasn't been serviced with sewer or water, etc. All these houses are on a solid cement slab and are hooked up to the local sewer and water system. No ugly sewage to have to get emptied. One reviewer says you cannot re-sell. This is absolutely false, not sure why they would believe that. While it's true some amenities aren't complete yet, they will be done eventually. It is a great time to get in at today's prices...and you could be my neighbor, lucky you...
