I don't usually write negative reviews but I don't have any choices I guess. The reason I'm doing this is just want to bring their attention to hope they can call me back once they see this. Dropped off my far three weeks ago. During this period of time they've NEVER answered my phone nor called me back. Left messages everyday however haven't heard anything from them yet for TWO WEEKS. That's how this dealership treats their customers... very disappointed. I wish I could rate 0...
Left my Mercedes there for an out of province inspection as I got it from Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley. What I got in return was completely shocking. It was dirty all over and had bird waste on the back bumper. The differences between both the dealerships are immense. I was planning on doing all the service at the MB Saskatoon but now I’ll surely rethink about it Edit: service department called and offered to clean my car. I’m really not the kind of person who’d scrutinize small details and post negative review. Thanks for your prompt response over my issue.
