Stopped in yesterday to pick up some marine vinyl....was instantly greeted by a very pleasant employee as soon as I walked in....and within 2 minutes was able to find exactly what I needed. The entire staff were very helpful and efficient. This business knows exactly what real customer service is all about. Excellent experience....looking forward to returning!

The staff are so wonderful and knowledgeable. The store has everything from upholstery to outerwear to quilt material to high density foam. I have bought outerwear and quilt material from there in the past and it has just been great stuff. This place has a little bit of everything.. im sure i missed mentioning something.

Excellent customer service. The staff are friendly and helpful. I went in to get some zippers fixed on my jacket and a small duffel bag. They quickly fixed the main zipper and a pocket zipper on my jacket and the end pouch zipper on the duffel bag and all for under 15.00. Just amazing!! Thanks very much!

They are always so helpful when I go there. I am not a quilter or do any sewing but this is my go to place when I need fabric, buckles or foam. I would have said 5 stars if they were open on the weekend.

My daughter, who is 16 and Asian, and I went looking for fabric and panels for baby quilts. They had so much selection it was hard to choose! The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us guidance as to where stuff was but also giving us time too look on our own. We had to wait at the door and keep our distance in the store but expected nothing less. Great job on the staff's part for keeping everyone safe and being super helpful. Definitely will keep going back.

I seldom come in the store knowing exactly what I want or even where it is if I do know. Everyone there has been so helpful that it makes, what seems like a difficult task, actually kind of fun. The knowledge and helpful hints don’t hurt either! Would recommend Century textiles any time! Although after Covid, times are different and I would recommend that customers bring their best manners and patience because these gals try their hardest to keep things going as smooth as possible but they can only do so much. Love you gals!

Loads of hard to find items. Good selection overall. Staff are always great. Place could use a renovation and tidy, but nothing too disruptive. Prices are reasonable!
