i was in this past week to look at some hair dye for myself and was immediately put off by the attitude of one of the girls. She came off as very rude and she does not know her hair products at all. She was telling another customer about how to bleach and tone their hair and all of the information was incorrect and was going to turn the customers hair green and damage it severely if they followed her advice. I am not a hairstylist but I do know my basics. I also heard her address herself as the assistant manager which makes me wonder about the integrity of the store. I have been in several times before and the other girls have been lovely and informative, which is very unfortunate because with her being the so called assistant manager it makes me not want to return.

The manager was really rude for no reason at all? She cut me off several times, talked over me- after SHE asked me if I needed help and I said no, then she proceeded to follow me around and ask questions, not give me a chance to answer. This happens every time I'm in there with the employees, I say I dont need help then they follow me around and try to help me pick out products when I've clearly stated i.dont.need.help- for real let me pick out hair dye on my own man the rude manager is what really bothered me tho so

There was an African lady with short hair who I asked for help when I was in today who was extremely rude. I was in with my bf and we were both shocked at the attitude and level of customer service. I asked about hair colour, and she looked at my like I was stupid. She offered no assistance to help me choose which colours i needed. And didn’t even tell me how to use the products after I asked her. She just ignored me. I ended up having to go a different location further from where I live. I will not be returning to this location.
