Exceptional customer service! The lid to my Aroma Om Deluxe diffuser cracked in two after my daughter accidentally pulled it off the table. I used the online chat support to see if I could order a replacement lid. The customer service rep let me know they didn't sell replacement parts, but I could call my local Saje and see if they had a spare lid. Saje Saskatoon replaced my lid at no cost after finding one at their store!

Chris who is the current Manager is rude, manipulative, hostile, emotionally and mentally abusive. Saje Natural wellness sole purpose is to help everyone feel better, naturally. The current manager is a poor representation of these values.
always an awesome experience shopping here. staff is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. everyone should check them out! there is something for everyone and products you can feel good about!
"We further commit to operating our company in a way that respects all forms of life" I 100% agree with this quote...that is why it disappoints me to know that a manager who doesnt know the meaning of 'respect' currently works at this location. He is not a suited representation for the values of this company. I have seen first hand the manipulation and mental abuse he endures on people and have heard horrible things happen at this establishment. Having this man as a manager in Midtown Plaza will only put more people (and probably employees) through a manipulating cycle of emotional abuse.
I love there products and service is always great
I’m little torn on this , love the store and the product , the sales girls are all nice and knowledgeable but the manager is very unpleasant, it looks that he is not happy there , no smiling , when talking with the clients or his employees just strait face and sharp words , no thank you to anyone ...to bad for the store ... also it looks that the store don’t have enough products , I ask today for 2 products , unfortunately not in store and while I was there another lady come in ask for something and answer was no we sold out ... already 3 product out of stock , I’m guessing more also are not in , disappointing .. otherwise love the products if I can find them ..
Great little shop, fantastic products at great prices. The sales girl was knowledgeable and you could tell that she truly enjoys what she does. Thank you for a great experience.
