This is a new natural products store located on the upper level within the Scarborough Town Centre. Staff representative Rielle was very courteous and explained the products while my friend and I milled about the store. We even got a peppermint halo roll-on sample applied behind our ears...interesting uplifting aroma! The purchases were packed into a medium 100% natural burlap bag; great for reuse! A truly peaceful and rewarding shopping experience thanks to Rielle.

This is a great store for natural products that help boost your mental and physical health. However, this isn’t the purpose of my review. I’m leaving this review because of the amazing, friendly, and courteous service I received from Bobby at this store. If your his manager reading this, give this boy a raise and management role. He’s a young talent you don’t wanna lose!
Great staff who are knowledgeable and willing to help. Great products too. Some may feel that it can be on the pricier side, but by experimenting with other brands I can say that you get what you pay for.
You start to feel amazing the minute you walk in this store. The aroma from the diffusers makes you feel like you are in heaven. They have great aromatherapy products. Highly recommend this store.

Really great service. I spoke to a girl who worked there and she was so nice and informative, absolutely loved her. She was so knowledgeable and took her time to explain everything and show us how the different rollers would work and what's the benefit. They also advised us of the email sign up sheet. Overall very great experience, will definitely return there and shop just because of her great service.
Check the product before you leave the store. I bought the konjac sponge today from Saje STC just to found the empty case with nothing inside. I called the store and one of the staff (male) answered it lightly saying that you just have to come back here (it takes me one hour just to go there) without saying sorry or anything - really disappointed with his service.
