We were vacationing in the Mount Tremblant area and had an issue with one of the tires which we were quite concerned about.. We called up this dealership and they were very quick to check the availability of the parts (tire & rim) and order it for delivery on the same day. They were also kind enough to accommodate our request of having the appointment on the same day even though the schedule was very tight. The service was very professional, quick and efficient. Highly recommend this dealership! Many thanks to the Franke MB team!!! Merci beaucoup!!

I saw the Gle 53 2021 for sale on auto trader so i called for a test drive,i spoke to Alain worse sales man, he was in rush to hang up on me as soon as he answer my call,for a truck worth over 100k it’s not a service that i was expecting, so i proceed by asking him few questions and he was like no it’s not available so asked him how come,he told me that a lady is interested by it,so i asked him did she apply for it,he’s like no but I’m given her few days to think about it,i start to laugh i told him in my book,should be first come first serve you should be in the selling business not the thinking business if she apply for it and she’s waiting for the bank approval i understand but she didn’t even apply,i told him me i ready to buy it today, he’s like do you want to finance i said no,so i knew right a way that he’s going to refuse even more because no interest to be making of my back and they don’t like that ,or i think they post lower prices just to lure customers and they try to sell them different vehicles at higher prices, i deal with Mercedes Blainville and Mercedes laval nothing to compare to the bad service that Frank Mercedes give ,if it was for me,Mercedes Canada should remove their accreditation to Frank Mercedes because they don’t represent them at all.

We were vacationing in the Ste Agathe area in July and we had a problem with a tire on our ML. I went into this dealership and they looked after me in a professional and efficient manner. I have never been to this dealership before and might never go again (given we live in Ontario) but the entire staff looked after me. Also had coffee and croissants while I waited. Merci Beaucoup to the entire service team at Franke MB!!!

It is the only Mercedes-Benz dealership in the area however they do not let that influence the way they treat their customers. Very cordial and see very much answer two most people's expectations. It is a small dealership but this is all I am looking for in the area far away from the big city.

Roadside service tow truck delivered my car to them - flat tire with no spare. Service and parts departments were very pleasant to deal with - more importantly they delivered excellent service, checking in with me several times to keep me updated.

Service refuses to deal with intermittent horn not working under warranty No cold drinks except water Slowest wifi (0.9 Mbps) of any "free wifi" I've experienced worldwide. No English signs or posted information. 2 stars because they are relatively pleasant people, to get more stars, a dealer needs to go beyond the basics ! You replied that intermittent problems are difficult... seems to me that the experts are YOU with access to the very best German engineers available to you. The horn is an absolute safety issue, I have provided recorded video showing the problem. You simply refuse to look at or analyse the problem. There are only a small few components of the system, and even fewer are likely to be influenced by temperature. It is assured that you have not even asked to see the video. As far as the cold drinks - if they are available, there was no person offering and support to me... the hard working sprinter customer that does not want to sip coffee with your “fancy” customers. The language laws allow for English signs,.... you choose to have ZERO English in the 4th most English place off the island of Montreal... there is no excuse except for prejudice.
