I felt as if this was a private clinic. I called at 8 am, waited just 3 minutes, then got a phone consultation booked at 9:30am. Received a confirmation by text. Very reassuring. Then after my call, received an appointment for 12pm. Waited max 10 minutes and I was out of there by 12:35. Quick efficient and had a very nice doctor that took me on as my family doctor too. Win!
Had an apt with Dr.Lalande; nicest doctor I've ever dealt with. So understanding, listened to me and explained to me everything in detail. Bilingual and punctual
I consulted with Dr.Andy Nguyen twice and i am very pleased with the care he gave me. My first interaction, he gave me a consultation with a specialist that i've been wanting for a long time and had an appointment with the said specialist the following weeks. Today, i have a minor emergency so i called to book an appointment but he was only available next week, which i still took just in case i don't find anything else until then. A few minutes after booking the appointment for next week, i received a call from Dr.Andy Nguyen for a consultation! Even though i didn't have an appointment for today. He said he called me in advance because he said he saw the reason of my consultation and \felt it would not be comfortable for me to stay in that condition for another week\. I understand that this might not be a reccuring event for all the times i will have a minor emergency. But i really appreciated the fact that he took an extra time to help me today. So much so that i felt the need to write a review. Great clinic. Love the receptionist's customers service and the care i get.
