This company is big rip off. People order flowers for special occasions, and they deliver bad service. Flowers i ordered was not exactly as shown, not even close. Missed items. When asked for refund, they give you store credit, which you don't use regularly. I paid for vase, and they didn't even deliver it. Here is the customer service response. thank you for your order with us. Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us we were able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy. While we understand the importance of having the selected arrangement delivered as described, unfortunately, certain issues may occur in the event of stock fluctuation. We do want to come to a suitable solution and we would like to express apologies for the obvious stress caused and issue you a 20 store credit for the inconvenience caused. Once again, we apologize and we want to keep your valuable business. Sincerely, Bloomex Change Order Status.

So this is a 62 birthday bouquet. Dead flowers, it does not look at all like what I ordered and they sent chrysanthemums, funeral flowers for a birthday bouquet. It was my wife’s birthday, I wrote her a beautiful note, which was just printed behind a 15% off coupon. Flowers are supposed to make people happy, instead this was the MOST disappointing thing of my wife’s day and I literally cried of frustration. I always choose beautiful flowers for her and she’s ALWAYS happy with my choice, but you literally sent dead funeral flowers for a birthday.

Really bad experience with this company. Ordered flowers over the phone with someone who assured me the flowers would be delivered the same day (Thursday) before 6pm. It was my mother's birthday. At 5pm I get an email saying they can't deliver the same day anymore and that it would be delivered the next Tuesday!! (5 days later!!) I call and say that I want a refund to be able to call someone else so she gets at least her flowers the day after her birthday. They tell me that there is a 25 fee to cancel my order!! They say that they can send an email to the right department to ask if it's possible to not pay the fees but it could take 24 hours before I get an answer! So it would take too long for me to be able to call someone else for the next day. Anyway I leave it that way and decided I would wait until the Tuesday to avoid paying for the cancellation. When they delivered it, they just left it on the floor in front of the garage door! My mom was home but they didn't bother going to the main door to knock on the door or ring the bell..... Really unhappy about it and will never use this company again!

I can't say enough good things about Bloomex and the service that they offer. I first learned about them, when a friend sent me a beautiful bouquet for my birthday. They arrived in a beautiful box, very fresh and beautifully arranged, ready to be put in a vase. I then used Bloomex again to send a sympathy arrangement when a friend passed away. The family told me the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I am now using them again to send another friend flowers and will continue to use them and recommend the company to my friends. The prices are exceptionally good.

Reasonable prices, large variety of product and easy checkout process. Many customization options available during the checkout process, should ensure you get a flower arrangement that expresses your sentiments to the recipient. REVISION: My wife received flowers and there was no vase as shown in the pictures, the flowers were delivered a day earlier and they substituted the truffle chocolates for Ice wine chocolates. The bouquet was not near as full as the stock picture shown below. Not overly happy with the transaction.
