Excellent training staff but very poor customer service. Trainer did not present himself one morning, no warning. Drove there, took some time off work. Offer a 25 discount. Next training day, my mistake, show up and had to leave for an urgent meeting. Did not offer to transfers the course or any other option. Very poor customer service. Be carefull.

Nul doute que les formations chez Synor sont abordables, ce qui motive à s'inscrire. Un gros Bémol, les formations ne sont pas toujours aussi instructives que promis. J'ai récemment terminé le cours d'investigation en sécurité privée avec eux où il me promettait de connaitre les outils et les méthodes d'un enquêteur et rendu au dernier module, celui nous permettant d'être \apte à mettre en œuvre des activités d’enquête\, le seul outil que l'on m'a donné c'est d'écrire le nom de la personne enquêtée sur Google pour trouver plus d'information! Je m'attendais à plus, je suis déçu.
