I recommend this testing center. Neat and tidy test center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provided all instructions clearly. Had a good experience with the AWS exam.
Avoid this testing center at all cost!!! Exam facilitator showed up 2 hours late without prior notice. Terrible attitude, and blamed me for not calling in to check, even though the time was confirmed online and I received an email confirmation days before. There's also construction noise throughout the exam. There's no way they didn't know about the construction, but choose not to say anything.
Excellent service, also available during the weekend. I will recommend them.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who take the exam. Booked an AWS Exam with PSI and scheduled for 11.30 AM, But the examiner didn't show up and didn't pick up the phone and after an hour, called back and said PSI cancelled the exam and he asked to come back at 3.30 PM. Called PSI and they confirmed that, there was no issue on their side and didn't cancel at all. Filed a complaint against this exam centre. After many tries, he said, he was sick and hence didn't show up. He could have just informed and requested a reschedule. Irresponsible place.
