Randy and Bob are down to earth hard working guys. Both times they were on time, very courteous and personable and finished ahead of schedule. Both times Randy’s quotes were the best tendered and booking was very quick. Why do I say “both times”? Because RM installed a new furnace and new AC at two homes. One in Chatham and then when we moved to Blenheim. You can’t get a better referral than a customer using you twice on big ticket items!
