UPDATED REVIEW: Since my last post, Melvin Klippens has gone out of his way to rectify any grievances that were posted. We spoke about the issues that were posted with the vehicle and what we personally had to do to fix them. He made me see that this company wanted to rectify any issues that I had and presented a generous reimbursement for the repairs we had to pay out of pocket. Not many companies would reach out and work with the customers once you are out the door and we previously felt that but we now see that this company wants to help their customers in hope for future business. We applaud their customer service and their willingness to retain good business standing. All of this deserves a 5 star rating
