Doctor ask me go back home to consider about do the surgery or not, but after I call back she just said she’s not agree me to do the surgery anymore, and whatever I said she just say NO for no reason. I don't understand when I say I feel hurt, she say no, when I say you ask me to consider this she say no. Are you ok??? What are you no for???

Lacked a bit of attention and care to patients. Dr's are similar in demeanor anywhere you go. Dr Kathy was spot in and honest though. People have commented on the receptionist and yes they haven't changed.

The service here dissatisfied me deeply due to bad experiences. First, the office is suppose to fax prescription to pharmacy which they did not. When I went to office to obtain the prescription in person because the phone line is not available, the receptionist is cold and irresponsible. She doesn't care at all about my urgent need of getting the medicine, and whether or not their office did fax the prescription. She asked me to either wait for 1 hour or come another time. This kind of uncaring, disrespectful, and irresponsible working attitude is the complete opposite of helping people.

I came right at my appointment time, but I still need to wait for 1 hour to see the doctor! Why don’t you ask me to come 1 hour later then? It’s such a waste of time !

The clinic booking system is weird. Do not allow to leave message. keep telling go online and fax to book the appointment. I don't know now a day still have people use FAX for communication. Please close the clinic if you don't want to communicate with people!!!
