This place is one of the best pho places I have ever been to. The pho is very tasty and the broth was so rich and full of flavour. Huge portions with not being cheap on meat and finally reasonable prices which made it the perfect deal. Glad I stopped by and definitely worth 5 stars.

Food was fresh, good and reasonable price, especially there's a deal on groupon. Service was lacking attentiveness. Didn't even get water until I asked in the middle of my meal.
It wasn’t crowded when we came in around 9:30 PM but people started coming in after 10. It was surprisingly packed for a Saturday night. Service was good until after 10. You can see some of the staff having their lunch break, which should be coordinated to be taken in slower times. I ordered the Steak and Brisket Pho which I very much enjoyed. The quality of the meat wasn’t the greatest though. It’s a nice simple restaurant and definitely would come back to it.
The only shining point is the manager, Francesca! We had trouble with our orders, and she was the only one to stand out to replace us with the correct order! The noodle seems different than the last time we visited. I’d rate the food 2/5 but for Francesca and her professionalism 5/5!
I have tried many Pho Hoa in various locations, this one is pretty average among all. Soup isn't really hot (temperature wise). But the inner décor looks pretty modern and inviting.
