Nice presentation and packing for takeout. Pretty healthy takeout option. Ala Moana was good and pineapple drink was good. It says it's cold pressed pineapple juice but it is mixed with green tea. I think pure cold preshed pineapple juice would have made it more awesome. Only drawback was the spicy tuna tasted a bit on the fishy side.

I've been to this location twice - so glad that a poke place opened up closer to us. I did create your own bowls both times! The first time, everything was great. The portions could be a bit larger but no other complaints. Today, the sauces, the salmon and the shrimp were all delicious, but the brown rice base was terrible! The rice was undercooked, with hard grains that I had to spit up with every bite. I considered driving back to get it replaced - it was that bad. Eventually I just microwaved some of my own leftover white rice to eat with the toppings. Do not get the brown rice in the future - my husband's white rice tasted fine.
Super easy ordering with great app and lots of customizable options that make creating your own personal poke bowl a really fun experience. Then you get a very generous portion of tasty fresh quality ingredients and all at a very reasonable price with great friendly service too. Perfect take out packaging for a picnic in beautiful Steveston. I will be eating here very often.
overall, a pretty decent and spot on poke spot here in Richmond. wished they had more protein options other than just salmon and tuna and shrimps. i got their tofu and spicy tuna and these two made the best combination! definitely will come back again if i’m craving poke
I love this place!!! Because of the pandemic, I've been ordering on UberEats a lot, and this is where I order from the most! Food is delicious, and portions are HUGE! A Large Bowl does feed me, but can be easily split if you're not a big eater. Kinda wish they had more fish options, but what they have will do. Sauces are amazing! Try getting multiple! They have pre-made sets, but you can also create your own. They recognized me as a "regular" too!
Absolutely not, I am posting this because I am worried about hygiene, especially when owning a restaurant this stuff should not happen, reading the reviews this is not the first time there was a hair in food, I am a regular customer and I was getting my small poke bowl and when I open and started mixing the cucumbers around, I found a hair WRAPPED AROUND THE CUCUMBER, this is absolutely not okay, I don't blame the workers, they were not even trained to work the POS properly so I am blaming it fully on the people who are training, I got a refund in cash even though I paid by card since they didn't even know how to work register. I am just really questioning about the measures this business is taking to be sanitary. The workers were nice but the whole vibe was just really unprofessional. Time to find a new place to eat.
Easy to make a healthy meal with easy to understand menu system. Although a bit pricey, the ingredients are fresh with a large selection of protein, sauces and vegetables that it becomes a hearty meal.
It’s taking me a while to get through this review cuz I’m too busy picking the hard grains of rice from my teeth. Poke is easy to get right - it’s literally rice, marinated raw fish, sauce and toppings - and somehow they managed to get it so wrong. Rice was well undercooked and the fish hardly had any taste. I’ve had my fair share of poke in Richmond/Vancouver and this ain’t it.
