My experience at Fitness World has been amazing so far! i love how the staff takes all the COVID precautions, it will definitely make you feel safe! My trainer Sylvia is amazing, and i have seen a drastic difference in myself and im so happy!! Highly recommended! :)

I like this location a lot. I did some personal training sessions with Richie Loo and was really happy with how they went. They weren't cookie cutter workouts - he was always mixing things up and challenging me. Really good communication. If you're a member at this location, I'd recommend working out with him.

Great Gym and not too busy! I have been doing training with Jared. He is awesome and helping me meet my goals . Already down 20lbs since working with him. Highly reccommend!

went here at morning time. not many people and 8/10 were wearing masks. the equipments are new. even though it's not big as other locations but got what I need. btw love the price

The facility is well stocked but there's no social distancing and it's crazy packed (some people don't even wear their masks properly). The gym is always such a mess. BEWARE of hidden charges and just know if you have any complaints or issues good luck on getting them resolved. Managers were not helpful.

After cancelling its membership service，it still charge me 30 dollars every half month until I noticed.good stealing.

Worst place ever!!! Don't go this gym pls!!! They don't allow me to cancel my membership because the staff said that my contract was signed for 12 months. I signed it because your sales told me I can cancel it whenever I want. I have been to other gyms where I can cancel the membership any time no matter it's a one year contract or not. F this place! I won't go there any more and I won't let any of my friend to go this place! Fitness world doesn't care about customers any way. You guys don't care about reputationi but only frauding money. Hope you guys closing down soon!
