Sale a lot of sale! The owner Jacqui was there to help and she's so accomodating. My gf loves the love hand lotion, but it was out of stock, Jacqui decided to give us the tester that is barely used. We really appreciate her sweet yet simple gesture. I hope this store will remain open, The oil are good quality and I love their their synergy blend thatbare meticulously blend to perfection.

Me and my mom were shopping at the Richmond Centre store on May 19, 2019 and employee Yolanda C attended to us. We settled our payment by cash and we initially paid 50.50 but Yolanda told us the cashier does not have enough change. She collected additional 2 x 10 notes from us and got us the change of 19.14. As we were in a rush, we didn't check the receipt and left the store. Later on, we discovered that she did not enter the full amount of 70.50 that she collected from us in cash on the receipt. While we like to believe this is a genuine mistake of miscalculation, we think the employee may not have been honest in her behavior and therefore would like to highlight this issue with Richmond Centre's store manager. There should be an additional 20 in the till on May 19, 2019. Please feel free to check the security camera footage in the store. We are not going to make a big fuss about the additional cash that Yolanda collected but we hope other customers will not have to go through this kind of experience like us.
We have used most of the products from Escents. We understand that they are going to discontinue the Aroma Therapy line. We have used our diffuser through out the house for years, and when told by the staff at the outlet mall (McArthur Glen @ Templeton) they were going through with this change, it really disturbed us. I urge you to leave that line alone.. Thank you.
Products are good!!! However, I would not recommend buying at this store as I really had a ver bad customer service experience. Filipino manager at Escents Richmond Center was very rude and do not know how to treat customer nicely :(
