BEST COCO EVER. This is the nicest CoCo I have ever visited, it's awesome!! The joint feels brand new, excellent upkeep, cleanliness and tidyness with great facilities. I cannot wait to come back when we can sit in again post COVID. It would also be great if they could offer outdoor seating during summer. Staff are super friendly, approachable and helpful. We got the Roasted Milk Red Bean Matcha Tea which tastes incredible, so yummy I could drink this for my 3 meals of the day, I love Coco!! I haven't seen this on other menus so not sure if it's specific to this chain (I hope not otherwise I'm gonna spend a lot of money on gas), nor have I had my Bubble Tea made with so much flavour before! I also HAD to purchase the eco friendly reusable sleeve which I haven't seen in any other chains, it's great! Pair this with a reusable straw as we all should and we can make such a positive impact to our planet. As all Coco chains, they also make their delicious milk via powder which is dairy free!

Good fresh bubble tea. Tasted pretty Standard Coco. But when you have a craving, it does satisfy more than other common chains for bubble tea.
Visited here a few times already, they give a generous amount of toppings which I love! Other coco locations don’t give as much :( so I’m really happy coming here. Staff are so kind and very fast service. They make their mango green tea perfect!
Cashier seems really unhappy with something... no smile... when we order green tea with salty foam, she asked for sugar. We were like could we get 80% sugar. She simply gave us an eye roll and tapped on the screen said we don’t have 80%. So we ordered 70%. I believe there will be a better way to suggest us that they don’t do 80% sugar, which is basically the same as 70%.
I love Coco for its famous 3 guys and their milk tea has always been one of my favourite. This coco was my go to because of the parking and location. In the hub of Richmond, I tend to call in and order in mandarin because often times the English of the bbt drinks can be quite confusing. On Sunday when I called the coco at noon for two brown sugar pearls latte, I first started in mandarin. The person picked up the call said “sorry I don’t speak mandarin” I immediately apologized and ordered my drinks in English. Similar to some of the reviews, I was treated with a lot of attitude and “are you sure you want it at the continental location” At one moment of my call, I wanted to cancel and said I will just grab a bbt at your plaza or just another coco. However, I just didn’t want to go through that. In the end I went to pick up my drinks. When I was waiting for my drinks, I saw a person picking up the phone just finished a call and was speaking mandarin to one of her co workers. I can’t confirm if it was the same person but the perception I got was that everyone that was working there was able to speak mandarin. In my point of view, I can certainly understand that I shouldn’t have assumed and started to speak mandarin. However, I didn’t understand why the person had to say “sorry I don’t speak mandarin” when all the staff clearly could. I just want to share my experience in hopes that the owners can take the feedback and make positive changes to improve the customers service which seems to be a common problem.
I tried the new black sugar drink at Coco. You aren't able to customize it (50% sugar, ice etc) but you really don't need to! I actually really enjoyed this drink. It wasn't too heavy or too sugary. Perfect for dessert without making you feel bloated. I generally enjoy coco's drinks so I was not disappointed at all
Came here for bbt. It’s my go to bbt when I crave for one. This location is in the central richmond. Clean. Typical coco bubble tea decoration. (The one in marine gateway area is nicer. )Not a lot of tables to sit down. But easy to find parking because it’s in a plaza.
A very welcoming bubble tea cafe. They have seating for small groups of four or six. Maximum capacity is 27 people. Staff are friendly. They accept Wepay, debit card, cash. Parking is available from the strip mall. They are on two transit lines and very close to the Aberdeen station Canada line. Flavors are good, fresh fruits are the best for healthy choices. They have a wheelchair accessible bathroom.
