If your knowledge of computer programs and software is highly advanced, you might want to consider their printers. For those of you that are moderately knowledgeable, I advise that you avoid their products like the plague! It took me a day to instal the printer and only figured out how to set it up after I discarded the (entirely defective) instructions. This is also true for the setting up of the various functions of the printer (auto turn on, etc...)

Do not buy a Canon TR4500 series printer. Save your money. Even though it's cheap your basically throwing your money away. Loses wifi connection. From a Google search I know they've known about the problem for a least a couple years but so far have refused to fix. Spent hours and hours on the phone with tech help, several times, several people. Though friendly and helpful and they tried, they had no idea how to fix it. Very disappointed in Canon. My old HP printer was way better.
TS3320 printer purchased was a dud. Company couldn't find the serial number in their database and refused to exchange.
Worst support in the entire industry. You call the support line and it says \we are sorry we cannot personally answer your call right now\. I don't accept your apology.
Couldn't find where to write a review regarding repairs, so leaving it here. Two times now, I have sent equipment in for repair to the Mississauga repair centre. First time I sent in a lens that was dropped. It took a week and I got it back in mint condition. It works perfectly. Just this past week I sent a 5D MK4 in, as the front dial was slipping. It only took six days, and I received my camera body in beautiful condition. They cleaned it, and it works like a dream. It's like a new camera for 300. Totally worth it. Thank you Canon Canada Repair!
