Staff were the best I've in countered in a long time. Friendly, and very willing to help. One young girl, missed her name, but she was from Iran. She was fantastic. She got us a shopping cart even after we told her we were fine but kept adding things to buy. Above and beyond.

Big box retailer that has all that their name suggests. This is a second floor store. Free garage and surface parking. They offer a sign up 20% off coupon (caution read the fine print on exclusions). #letsguide

Some items are cheaper online, and I asked for price match. I had the coupon which was applied to the item. However, the staff was trying to persuade me it’s already cheaper than the original price after using the coupon. I always had good experiences there before. Seems like only the supervisors have better customer services, knowledges of their products and policies.

Very nice staff and always willing to help. The coupons help reduce the price of the product you want to buy. Sign up on bed bath beyond emails

Huge store with great selection of kitchen utensils and household items. Lots of promotions. In-store display is well-managed though some sections are a little bit chaotic (maybe some customers were too lazy to put things back to their original place). The price here is in fact not that cheap. If you find cheap stuffs, that’s probably because either the brand is not popular or the quality sucks. However, this doesn’t apply to all cases, and this is just an opinion according to my experiences shopping in other places, from IKEA, Home Depot, Hudson’s Bay to Winners and Marshalls.

Jas was proffesional friendly helpful, guy asked and pointed me to carts, great service, they even radiod for bag checks when my box is too big for their bag. When i asked again she even tried fitting the bag on the box, little efforts like that and the radio communication goes a long way. Yea its pricier but some products are worth getting now than paying and waiting shipping, some u cant find elsewhere. There was also some 3-4 round plate mat in different colors that are nice to keep.

The store itself was fine but there were no arrows in the aisles or signage to limit the number of people in aisles. I got stuck between two groups of people who were closer than 6 feet and wouldn't back up so I could exit. Even in a different aisle the same person kept following me into various aisles.

Bought an Umbra curtain rod online, did curbside pick up and had it put in my car for me. Got home to open the package and it was clearly opened before and closed back, the tag has nowhere saying "Umbra" but some offbrand instead. The curtain rod itself is super dusty and the end is actually dented. Contacted Bed Bath and Beyond support online and they said I can just return it and buy it online again myself. What kind of customer service is this? And why would you sell a defective product at full price?!
