Pat, Heather and the rest of the Saskatchewan Suncoast Enclosure team go the extra mile in outstanding customer service. After installing a sunroom at our summer cabin, 4 years ago, we had ongoing leaks that have been resolved thanks to the Suncoast team of installers. We are so pleased with our cabin sunroom that we decided to add one to our newly built home. We appreciate their attention to detail and excellent workmanship. Suncoast Enclosures not only makes a high quality sunroom, it is also a company that ensures their customers are happy.

Listening to the story of how SunCoast Enclosures started reminded me of why and how we got our screen room 15 years ago. We live on an acreage and have a large deck which we never used because of the bugs. We loved eating outside but would always find it a challenge to finish a meal without my husband spending his time chasing the flies, wasps and mosquitoes away. Our search for sunrooms began but no one was able to install it on our unique deck without loss of space and it always came with a low flat ceiling roof. We then attended a Home Show where I was drawn to one of the displays with a screen room. I was sold. The representative agreed to come out that day, take a look, provide a drawing and quote even though there was two feet of snow on the deck. That spring we purchased the screen room and it has been one of the best things we ever did. I always said it is my little piece of heaven and allows me to enjoy all my acreage has to offer. Most recently, as our family now includes grandkids, we expanded the room. It was much easier than we expected and they actually upgraded some of the original material previously used. It turned out to be exactly what we needed it to be. My family is thrilled. We would recommend SunCoast to anyone. If you want to really enjoy your deck and still get that outside feelings without all the irritations of bugs, rain etc., this is the product for you. It may seem expensive but the quality and the workmanship with final result is definitely worth the cost. Thank you Sun Coast.

My family has been in the process of renovating our cabin for a few months now and we had always talked about making our front deck into a nice sun room. We wanted to utilize the extra space out there as we spend countless hours entertaining and visiting during all kinds of weather conditions, but would always find ourselves having to pile into the cabin when the bugs got too bad. We heard really great things about Suncoast Enclosures so we got a quote and decided to purchase this fall. We were not expecting them to be able to complete the job until Spring but they went up to the lake early (5 hours from Regina) and completed the sunroom in October which far exceeded our expectations. It was amazing customer service, great quality product, and they left no mess! We love the new sun room and can't wait to spend the summer months entertaining out there! Highly recommend!

Saw them at the spring home show a couple years back and saw a product we really liked and wanted. We got a quote for the job 10,000 seems pretty high but we thought we’d enjoy it. I tried following up with their office with some last minute questions before we booked the work but they were IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of, phone would always ring till I got voicemail. I left messages and never heard back. Today 2 years later they called me back asking if I still wanted the work done. ummmm no. It’s been 2 years I got the work done elsewhere, did they expect me to be waiting for their call back for 2 years? I explained my frustration on the phone and the gentleman I spoke with apologized and said he’s taken over sales. I hope he does better then the previous person. To be honest I think some of the positive reviews on here are fake.
