I maybe put too much trust in their quality, I bought the bioterra shampoo and conditioner which cost about 35 for both to find out its wrecked my hair and caused breakage because of the DMDM ingredient.

Customer service is lacking and they are almost always out of what I need. Once I called and asked if they had a product the lady said they didn't, I drove down there anyways to see if I could find something similar and notice the item I asked for WAS in stock, that was the only time they had what I needed .......

Horrible servic . Rude employee's. They dont know anything about hair coloring etc. They sell products they know nothing about. Unless you know everything this place is useless for help. Only shop there if you, yourself, know exactly what you want and need as the employees are rude, clueless, and useless!
