Cindy-rella's is an outstanding quality and service-oriented sewing shop. It's small enough to be personal but large enough to have the Best machines, sales and service personnel, and fabrics and notions. I bought a machine from them a year ago and was having troubles with it. After finding a factory error, they gave me a brand new one so I wouldn't be without one for Christmas sewing gifts. Who does that these days?! Well, Cindy does. THIS is personal, kind, and thoughtful service. Cindy and her staff are caring experts who always have a smile and a welcoming, helpful demeanor. Their products are current, popular products that are very sought after worldwide. It's a gem of a shop in little Regina. 5 STAR!

This store is very bright with lots of natural lighting, the atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming. I had some trouble finding what I need, but the staff there that day caught on right away and helped me right away. She even showed me some cheaper alternatives without me having to ask-- It is so refreshing not having to worry about getting ripped off! I would def support this store whenever I could.

Bad experience not welcome there , our first time was better than the last , first time had an amazing lady very helpful, but this time had someone who told us that i will find cheap quilt in walmart or dollorama thats its not a place for me to buy what am looking for as too expensive for me won't go back there again...
