The good: my 2012 Genesis R-Spec 5.0L is in immaculate condition The bad: the car had a stale smoke smell when we picked it up, and given I bought it virtually that was info the sales rep should've shared The final verdict: John took the car back, did a full detail on the carpet and upholstery; he actually cared about making things right, which I really appreciate. John seems like a really good guy, so overall I'm pretty pleased with the outcome.
