Excellent customer service. John went out of his way to help us, beyond what could have been expected. Reception has always been pleasant and helpful.
I felt well taken care of but customer agents. Not too happy with the delivery man and how he just out things together so loosely that I ended up losing.some screws. But over all I would buy from them just not get it.delivered.
Did not inform anyone when wheelchair was going to be delivered. Paper work was not available to customer. Girl that called for our portion of payment was very rude. Never again. The fellow that did the fitting did not include family member that was present. These guys may good at what they do but definitely need to learn some manners. Will look elsewhere for any other equipment. Very expensive.
