This is the place to go! After one bad customer service experience elsewhere and one no show for an appointment again elsewhere, the service here was beyond expectations. Didn't have an elliptical for me to try, but gave several options to look to try in my small town (never crossed my mind). Spent time looking at options, and provided info on solutions and order time frames. Really appreciated him. Will buy there just based upon his kindness and commitment.

For some reason (assume covid related) treadmills are hard to come by. We ordered our spirit model and it fi ally arrived. Took a drive to Red Deer to pick it up. The box is huge but Kim helped us get it into the car and we strapped down the hatch. Completing the sale was fast and kim and her staff were friendly and courteous. We chose Red Deer as they answered their phone and kim helped us decide on a model. Thank You Kim

I recently visited Flaman Fitness to buy couple workout equipments. I purchased weighted vest and wrist wraps. Since I was just a beginner I was not sure what to get. Tony gave me detailed explanations for all the options. He also gave me some tips workout programs. Thank Tony for the helps!! I strongly recommend this place and him!!
If you are a beginner for weight lifting, I highly recommend talking to Tony the sales guy. He not only helped me pick out all the right equipment for me but also spent his time teaching me exercises. Showing me proper form and technique. Will be back!
