I purchased a 2019 Sundowner Trailer out of Red Deer. I had a few issues with the trailer and live in another province. The Service Dept was really great in getting me slid in to get the work done. Then I needed some parts and the mfg delayed sending. I returned to AB for a quick business trip and one of the staff hand delivered the parts to where I was staying. They went out of their way to ensure I was happy and treated fairly. Very happy with their customer service.

We weren’t really planning for a new RV but the purchase, trade in and delivery process was seamless thanks to Kim Zak. We appreciated the fact he delivered our trailer to an out of town location, secured a few additions to the rig, and invited us to call him after hours for answering our questions. Thankful to be more than a ‘take your money and see you later’ customer. Even with questions 6 months, Kim and he colleague, Ed, still great to deal with.

We Purchased our new travel trailer( Shadow Cruiser), in March. The experience has been nothing less than fantastic. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable on all things trailer.
