I was driving from Ottawa to their office to provide a service at their main location, and on the way I encountered a problem on the road and had some car trouble. I called to let them know that I'd be late, and not long after they sent a truck to bring me safely to their office, and one of their mechanics to look at my vehicle. I got to their office safely, and by the time I was finished up, my car was outside ready to go! They were professional, kind, and went above and beyond for someone who was supposed to be doing that for them! I can only expect them to handle their own business with such high quality service and attention to detail. I hope one day I can use their services myself.
