Most disgusting customers service I ever received. Attempted to negotiate a price since it’s cheaper on amazon. Told me off with attitude to go buy it on Amazon. Do not recommend going there very disgusted. Edit: As you can notice with the business reply, still rude and dishonest. The same quality Alibaba stuff you purchase I can get on amazon instead of bulk order. This is a battery replacement where can you go wrong ? You mentioned I needed battery tools 25. Then you made some stuff up about cables and charged me 30 like I don’t know what I’m doing. Whoever is reading this avoid these guys, as you can see with the other reviews these guys are a dishonest business and has ripped off others in the past.

WORST SELLER I EVER MET Honestly if I could give a low rating I would The personal is very rude, they tell you about their warranty policy and when they send you a defective product they won’t Change it. I bought a very expensive screen from them but there was a problem with the back light and they didn’t believe me, so I had to go to the store my self which 5h drive only to be welcomed by a very rude personal who wouldn’t listen to me or let me explain and started shouting at me and rising his hand and telling to get lost. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THERE COSTUMERS AND HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE : TANSTARTRADE IS THE WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH
