Awesome experience. Walked in and my 3 year old was sized. He was excited and they were patient. They then sized me up for a helmet. After they sharpened the new skates, we went to cash out, the Store manager named Josh, presented my son with a jersey and hat. 10/10 job there guys. Will be here for all my hockey needs.

This location gets one star .....my best friend needed bearings for his roller blades. We call the store upon answering we hear the most monotone uninterested man I have ever heard. He asks if they have bearings and he says yes. We arrived at the store and the employee to customer ratio is 12 employees and three customers. I tell the first guy I see that we need bearings for roller blades he just stands there motionless without expression of interest in what I have just asked for. He finally says ok and proceeds to walk off. When he comes back he tells both of us we don't have any in the store only online. We both say we just called and were told you had them in the store......he says I don't know who you were talking to are you sure they didn't say online. Why would I drive to the store had I been advised they were only online. One of the worst customer service experiences couple that with the the worst employee. If you're that uninterested in dealing with customers get another job. Due everyone a favor don't work in customer service.
