Best Sportchek I have visited. Great deals and range/variety of products in a large, tidy and clean location. Online pickup and curbside order process are flawlessly easy compared to their other branches. Staff are also friendly and approachable.

Every time I go here it seems all the employees are too busy talking to each other to help me or other shoppers. I tried to ask about what shoes are good for my needs and they just pointed towards a brand and then walked away. When I was shopping for my boyfriend, the person originally helping me asked another associate to do it instead. Then that one also asked someone else to take over. I just expect disappointment now when need to go to this store, it sucks because it’s the easiest store for me to access.
I love shopping at Sport Chek being an athlete myself. A wide variety of outfit can be found here ranging from shoes to jerseys and shorts in all brands. Staff is cooperative. Wonderful experience and highly recommended.
I lost a rubber stripe of the my tennis racket when it was serviced at this store. the rubber piece can only come off when strings were removed, so it must have been lost in their services shop! They would not admit. I call the customer service on at 3:30PM on Feb 7, 2021. The lady said it was not her obligation and could not wait to brush me off and transfer me back to the service department. What a bunch of dishonest people! Update: spoke to the store manager, Sandy, and she is SUPER HELPFUL. The issue was resolved to my satisfaction.
This store has a variety of clothing options! The collection of shoes they offer is great as well! We visited this place a few minutes they were closing and still were able to get what we wanted! The staff here is helpful and courteous. If you're looking for sports outfits or shoes to run in, you'll definitely find something that will suit your needs here!
