Josh in Field Service is an Excellent Tech! I purchased a JD 3720 a year ago. I called Premier in Tavistock and explained that I wanted a mobile service Tech to change oils. They were very uncooperative, and said that I would have to float the tractor in to get my work done. I explained I had a 2,000 square foot heated shop, that there was no rush and it didn't require a shop visit. We ended up changing the oil ourselves. This year a friend suggested trying Premier in Elmira. Initially the service adviser Aaron was going down the same path, however, midway through the conversation he turned the page and and decided to co-operate. He got Josh out promptly and I can't say enough great things about this young lad. He is polite, explained any questions I had, addressed all the issues that I requested and left the shop neat and tidy. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone wanting mobile service.
