I have used Sheehan plumbing for over 30 years. I have found them to be A1 in everything they have done in our home. Dereck and team have done many small jobs and problems and are very honest,quick,and clean up is great too. Very honest and personable. 5 years ago we did a new kitchen and left the plumbing to Sheehan. Derick and Brandon did an awesome job. I would never hesitate to use them.

We've had a slow leak under our kitchen sink for forever. The previous owners did a hack job and we've had other people look at it and basically turn and run because it looked like such a mess. Before Christmas I had finally had enough and called Sheehan. Brandon came out and I was expecting big and a \this doesn't look good\ from him. Complete opposite happened. He was in & out in under and hour and everything was cleaned up and dry. That only lasted a day though when I realize another part of the pipe started leaking. It wasn't bad so I didn't bother calling until after the holidays. Once I called though he came back out right away and discovered that the copper pipe was actually cracked in a different spot (our house is old). Again, I thought a big bill was coming. And Again, he was in & out in about an hour. I think he spent more time quadruple checking EVERYTHING (including going to the basement to look under the floor) to make sure nothing was leaking from anywhere. Anyone who has had water damage can appreciate this extra time!!! When he left he apologized for not having seen the other problem when he was there the 1st time (as if he could have known!!!), but just that simple gesture was appreciated. I will definitely be using Sheehan again! Amazing customer service! Quick, honest and friendly! THANK YOU BRANDON!!!
On time, quickly giving a diagnostic of the problem, Brandon was professional, honest and straightforward when attending to plumbing calls at my house. He fixed some in-wall issues in no time. The leaks were gone in less than an hour time. He has outstanding skills; he is easygoing while providing a great job. His charges are fair and he tries to help the client keep a low cost during the service. I looked around for many plumbing companies. Sheehan Plumbing & Heating is the best. There is no doubt about it. I will only call them for any of my future services.
Our hot water tank gave up on the Friday night of the long weekend; we called Sheehan early Saturday morning, spoke to a real person (not an answering service), and got a return call from a technician almost immediately. Even though their supplier was closed because of the holiday weekend, Brandon managed to get a tank and it was installed by mid afternoon. The quality of work was exceptional, very clean, and he followed all current protocols. The cost was as quoted, and reasonable. We will be using Sheehan for all future plumbing and heating work in our home!
This is the third time Sheehan Plumbing has done work for us. Each and every time they are very professional and a pleasure to do business with from the quote to the clean up at the end of the job. Derrick installed an energy efficient furnace and a tankless water heater. The price for the job was great and the end result was fantastic. He also took the time to explain the Fortis rebate process thoroughly after finishing the install.
