After years of struggling with different fitness offerings, and hating the corporate gym environment, I took a gamble on Mary Hill Fit Body Boot Camp and it has totally paid off! 30 minutes of your day and you're out of there; no hours at the gym where you get approached by a personal trainer to tell you how "at risk" you are and feel like you just want to go home and eat your feelings. The coaches are friendly, energetic, and most importantly, supportive. No matter what level of fitness you are, they are there for you. Need additional nutritional coaching? They're there for you. Even better? Your fellow members are there for you too. Each workout you walk in to is going to be different from the last which keeps your body guessing and keeps you interested. No need to track arm or leg day, no need to switch it up between cardio or muscle training. With the pandemic right now you can still feel comfortable going in to the studio for reduced class sizes with health and safety precautions above and beyond OR you can decide to do workouts online from your own place. Give it a shot!

This gym is worth joining! The coaches are friendly and professional. They will help you with your fitness, losing fat and obtaining the healthy lifestyle you want. The workouts are quick and intense, but can be modified to any ailments you have. Honestly I love this gym and the support you get from the coaches.

They're the best coaches anyone could ever want or need. ️ They make the workouts fun, yes I said fun. The whole environment is positive and uplifting. I joined Mary Hill Fit Body Boot Camp in September, 2020,Covid and a stressful 9 months of work had me at my heaviest and very out of shape. Signed my husband and I up for an 8 week challenge and haven't looked back. Firstly, Leila, Moe and Gareth are amazing, from day one we were greeted by name each time we walked through the door. I was a little nervous returning to the gym during a pandemic, but the set up, and precautions immediately made me feel safe. They certainly go above and beyond. Six weeks into the challenge, gyms acrosss the province were ordered to shut down, but we finished the challenge by smoothly transitioning to the live zoom sessions and many recordings available online. The workouts are fast, furious and fun! Both the in person and at home. Combined with the nutritional coaching, follow up and support it has been an amazing experience. It is like having a gym membership and a nutritionist all in one. The plan is approachable and reasonable and my coach Leila is constantly checking in. So now to results, I feel strong and healthy. I am sleeping better and feel more comfortable in my body. We have stuck to the nutrition plan and calorie/protein goals and work out at least 4 times a week. 5 months in and I am down 29 pounds! My recommendation, give MHFBBC a try. Trust the process, put in the effort and you will see results. The coaches are amazingly supportive and will help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be! Don't live in the area? Do it anyhow. They have over 200 recorded workouts and 5 live zoom sessions a week. We have been working out at home since November and didn't miss a beat! I miss seeing everyone in person, and look forward to getting back to the gym, but the home workouts are convenient and just as effective and when doing the live sessions you still get real time feedback and modifications as needed.
