I want to start off by saying I could not write a more honest review than the one I am about to write. I've been going to the gym and doing all sorts of workouts for a long time, but never have I felt more inspired, motivated and held accountable in my entire life. Not only does Sal, Shawna and Daniel (I have only had the pleasure of training with them so I apologize for not mentioning any other trainers that I have left out, I have heard amazing things about them as well!), show the highest level of professionalism and skill, but the care for everyone individually and as a family is above and beyond, you won't find another experience elsewhere. Having an invigorating and such a challenging atmosphere to better myself every single day has not only made my physical health that much better, but every aspect of my life! If I had to put experience with Clinch in a few words, it would be love, respect and family. It only let me choose 5 stars, but if I could give more I would with no hesitation! There is no doubt I will be a life time family member at Clinch, lets keep the ball rolling and I can't wait to see what's next!

Joining Clinch MMA in 2019 was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am honoured to be a part of this family. Coach Sal has an absolute gift for teaching. Somehow he just makes everything come together for me. His skillset and backround in so many arts and fighting styles is amazing. Judo, BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, MMA and more. Coaches Shawna and Daniel are great. So many commited training partners at Clinch MMA that I trust, respect, and improve with. The prices are very reasonable for this quality of training & small class sizes. Private & semi private sessions are fantastic. We grind, but we have fun. Its a special place. Clinch4Life
