I ordered 2 12' lengths of siding asked to pre-purchase and will be here in 1 week and we will call you when it arrives they told me. 6 weeks later I walked in to ask where the hell is my siding they told me it's going to be another month or if I pay a extra charge it will be here tomarrow . Aka extortion. There service is horrible I hate having to use them and will turn down jobs if I have to resort to purchasing anything from Windsor plywood. That's how disgusted in there customer service. Avoid them as much as possible unless you like extortion.
