I like Canadian tire in general, and I’ve read some really good reviews on here about this location. But for some reason when I go there I can never get that same experience. It won’t stop me from going, I will say though if I want to find anything it’s faster for me to look it up on the app then it is to find an employee.

Great sale prices (a large amount of items had red tickets ranging to 60% off). Though a little bit disorganized and messy (stocking shelves left over from the night before?) They do have pretty much everything including kitchen sinks. Unfortunately the staff at the time off my visit wasnt super helpfull, even when I asked for help.

They have some nifty new vacuum cleaners on their salesfloor that I've nay seen anywhere else! Very exciting times on that front. There was, however, a rather lackluster appreciation for hats and other cranium-related fashion accessories. Can't really complain for sports headgear, though, unattractive as it may or may not be, allegedly.

This Canadian tire is awesome. If I can't find what I need, the staff will find it at another store or in the warehouse and get for me the next day. If I'm picking up water to needing a part for my project truck, the staff has always treated me with respect.

There are absolutely no Bernardin 1.9L canning jars available anywhere, so I was elated to find available jars at this Canadian Tire store. However, I live in Edmonton, and it isn't very cost-effective for me to drive to Wetaskiwin and back just to pick the jars up, so I decided to bite the bullet and pay 37 for shipping. What a mistake!!!!! I received the jars today (36 in total, packed in 6 separate original cardboard boxes) and, upon unpacking them all, found 3 jars with big chips in the glass. Well, maybe Melody (the packing person on the business card I received with the order) should possibly realize that glass jars need a tiny bit of protection when driving in a delivery truck from Wetaskiwin to Edmonton??? Maybe a few packing peanuts or some paper or possibly styrofoam around the items in another box perhaps??? Anyways, I immediately contacted the store (long-distance phone call), got transferred to a manager, got the run-around from this fellow, and am awaiting a call back from him to resolve this. Totally unimpressed with the quality of delivery, especially for the cost! Will update once (or if???) I receive a call back from the store manager. UPDATE: Two days later and still haven't received the promised phone call from the store manager:( UPDATE: Have now received a refund for one case of jars and also a 50 Canadian Tire gift card due to the lack of customer service. And today (Oct 24) I received an email from the store manager with the refund receipt.
